NAILS AMOUR SALON POLICY:

We have a NO Refund policy for all salon services. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or no later than 24 hours after.

Manicures with normal polish are not guaranteed, but we will touch up if it is chipped within 24 hours from your initial service. We offer complimentary repairs for gel and powders, up to 7 days from the date of your original service, unless your natural nail is broken, then we charge.

Please make sure you are satisfied with your colour before you leave the salon, if you change your mind a full price will be charged for recolouring as it is our time for the service to be provided.

Please kindly give us 24 hour notice to cancel booking.

When a customer does not attend their appointment, we will charge £10 to their next service. Due to loss in time, space, booking and service.

If you cancel your appointment and move it three times in a row, an additional charge of £10 will be added to your next service, due to lost revenue.

You are responsible for your own valuables and belongings.

GIFT CARDS: If you have lost your gift cards, we are not responsible for your loss and we cannot provide the service.

Please respect other customers in the Salon.

We do not tolerate loud noises in the salon, especially on the phone. Please be mindful of other clients in the Salon that would like peace and quiet. Thank you.
